Welcome to Gaea, a digital product activation and redemption platform operated by Sichuan DreamTech (四川的梦科技). By accessing or using our service at gaea.gh555.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By registering, logging in, or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Gaea provides a platform for:

User authentication via SMS one-time password (OTP).
Digital product activation code redemption.
Management of redeemed digital products.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Each phone number corresponds to one unique account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. SMS Verification

We send SMS verification codes solely for authentication purposes.
Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
Verification codes are valid for 24 hours and limited to 9 attempts per day.
You consent to receive SMS messages by using the service.
To opt out, simply stop using the service. No marketing messages are sent.

5. Activation Codes

Activation codes are single-use and non-transferable once redeemed.
Codes are bound to your account upon successful redemption.
We are not responsible for codes obtained from unauthorized sources.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to brute-force or guess activation codes.
Use automated tools to abuse the SMS or redemption systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we believe is harmful to the service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
